Welcome to the LinguaLift Language & culture blog!

We’ve been blogging for over 3 years now about Japan, the Japanese language, and everything in between over at our Japanese blog.

The Land of the Rising Sun is a never-ending topic, and we’ll keep writing about it as regularly as before, but we also believe that it’s time for us to expand our cultural horizons, and bring you content that is as engaging, but coming from other corners of the world.

Our first step towards that goal is today’s launch of the new LinguaLift Language & culture blog. We will use it to for content that is not related to a particular country, such as general language learning tips, regional overviews, and cross-country comparisons.

Here are but a few articles you will have the opportunity to read in the coming weeks:

  • The lazy student’s way to learn vocabulary
  • How to tell written Chinese, Japanese and Korean apart?
  • Paper flashcards 2.0
  • What is SRS and how to use it?

Of course, as we expand the LinguaLift network into other languages, you can also expect more country-specific blogs to be launched.

Please let us know what topics you’d like us to cover here, and as always, if you think you have what it takes to guest post at any of our blogs, let us know!
